Dwayne was born and raised in Northern British Columbia. He completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver in 1991 and received his law degree from the University of Toronto in 1995.

After law school he completed his articles with the Vancouver law firm, Boughton & Co. and was accepted as a member of the Law Society of British Columbia in May, 1996.

After working at Boughton & Co. as an associate, Dwayne returned to Prince George and joined the law firm Heather Sadler Jenkins. In 2002 Dwayne started his own firm specializing in Wills and Probate law. Memberships/Associations Law Society of British Columbia Law Society of Upper Canada...
