In the early 2000’s, local business owner Trevor Mawson noticed that Saskatoon was truly missing a niche fitness facility that he could train in – one that catered to his ambition and provided guidance and support in maximizing his fitness goals.

After much thought, Trevor dreamed up the perfect gym suitable for the needs of his outdoor loving, winter-trotting community of Saskatoon.

No beach squats here. Since opening Mawson Health and Fitness in 2002, Trevor and his staff have provided a unique, goal-orientated training experience suited to each individuals’ need.
