About P&M's Kouzzina Greater Sudbury

In August of 1970, Junior arrived in Sudbury as a teenager from his home village of Metamorfosis, Greece.

He spent his early career as a cook in his uncle’s small restaurant. After meeting his wife, they had the opportunity to join a Sudbury born dining concept.

Although both young and inexperienced, their passion for the industry and their exuberance for the challenge taught them well. Leslie is a New Sudbury girl, and always seemed to gravitate towards the food service industry.

Her first job was at McDonald's, and she has been serving diners ever since.

With Junior's Greek heritage, and Leslie's strong Italian roots, it was a perfect match for food, wine and hospitality. They are both actively involved in the busy kitchen and dining room.
