M.O.E.- Commercial Accounting Network Inc. was first established in 1987 as a bookkeeping and consulting business. Our mission statement is to assist our clients to obtain “Maximum Operating Efficiency in order to derive the profits they are entitled to.” The owner, Mr. Maurice Proulx, graduated from Northern College of Applied Arts in 1975 with a Commercial Accounting Diploma. He spent the next five years working for a Public Accounting firm in Timmins, Ontario, before moving on to become the accountant for a major construction company in the area. Mr. Proulx then accepted a position as the Chief Accountant for a local airline until 1987. Mr. Proulx then established his business as a sole proprietor offering a variety of business services including the training of bookkeeping staff in various local businesses, payroll, and various government reports....
