A relentless worker, Jacob Basmaji quickly carved out an enviable position for himself within the community and instilled a passion for the trade and the drive for success in his son Joey. Envisioning a new future for the store, Joey Basmaji followed his infallible flair and his love of fashion and took the reins of the family business in 1977.
