She was born and raised in Hong Kong, and she came to Canada at 17 years old.

She obtained her Master Degree in Applied Legal Studies at Simon Fraser University.

She also holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and an Accounting Diploma. Tammy is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

In addition to her educational background, Tammy has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry prior to receiving her notarial commission.
