Chef Ankush and Arvy inaugurated this restaurant in February 2016 at Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada, with the purpose of serving authentic Indian Cuisine to the true food lovers. We are privileged to have an opportunity from Abbotsford city to commence this beautiful food journey by the name of “SPICE KITCHEN“ and cater to interests of food connoisseurs. Chef Ankush with extensive experience in Food & Beverage and Catering enterprise, with a strong foundation of culinary knowledge from the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, New Delhi, India.

His career rose when he worked for some of the multinational hotel chains like Hyatt hotels and Old World Hospitality where he catered to the diplomats, bureaucrats, many renowned personalities and leisure clientele across the world.
