Saigon Kitchen, in Nanaimo BC,  is a family-owned and run place where we believe good and healthy foods can bring friends, family and loved ones together.

Our wish is to bring to you authentic, home-made “just like the way Mom made it” meals that are simple, fresh, healthy and delicious. The traditional Vietnamese cuisine is naturally healthy and balanced with meals emphasizing rice, vegetables and fish, and cooking methods often involve grilling and stir-frying.

Yet, it is full of flavor and savory, bursting from herbs and vegetables and spices. And best of all, it is satisfying without delivering a lot of calories. We took special dishes from Southern, Central and Northern regions of the country to give you a slice of the taste of Vietnam, simplistically pure and deliciously unique.
