Rush Ihas Hardwick LLP was established in 2007 by David M. Rush and Kenneth J. Ihas.

During the course of many years of practice in both Vancouver and Kelowna, Dave established a reputation as an excellent advocate, among the top civil litigators in the interior of British of Columbia.

In 2002, Ken joined Dave in practice, after having previously served as a law clerk with the British Columbia Supreme Court and as an associate with a national law firm in Vancouver.

After five years practicing together, they chose to establish Rush Ihas Hardwick LLP to fulfill their vision of the first law firm dedicated to high level, commercial, construction, employment, family and estate litigation in the interior of British Columbia. ...
