Proudly Furnishing Western Canadian Homes Since 1989 From Oaksmith to Home Envy and from father to son, for nearly 30 years we have been proudly furnishings Western Canadian homes with our Canadian made solid wood furnishings and distinctive accessories. In 1989, original owner Tom Baldigara opened the first Oaksmith Interiors store in Metrotown Mall in Burnaby, BC selling solid oak furniture and a unique collection of antiques.

He quickly saw the interest people had in solid oak furniture and the business grew rapidly. Over the next few years additional locations were added in Maple Ridge, BC, as well as Edmonton and Sherwood Park, AB.
