Gibraltar Law Group was co-founded in 2000 by John Drayton.

Bruce Swanson joined the firm as an associate in 2004 and as a partner in 2006.

Blake Tancock was an articling student at Gibraltar Law Group before joining the firm as an associate in 2017.
