Aspire Health & Performance is a sports science company devoted to the health and performance of each of our clients.

What sets us apart in the training industry is our education and experience.

All of our coaches have a university degree in human kinetics/kinesiology.

What this means for you, is that we have the knowledge and expertise to work with all types of conditions and goals. We are professional and dedicated coaches, not fitness enthusiasts looking to make a buck.
You wouldn’t go to an un-educated physiotherapist would you? Your body deserves it.    We work with professional and Olympic athletes.

We work with 8 year olds and 88 year olds. Healthy or injured, we work with that.
